The building is designed to be made up of six storeys, one underground and five above ground.

The building is structurally designed as a monolithic studless skeleton of reinforced concrete with a rigid monolithic core of reinforced concrete which is complemented in the basement part of the structure by a wall system in place of the perimeter walls.
