The company BETPRES, s.r.o. won the prize of the publisher EUROSTAV for architecture 2017 for the construction of the residential complex Park Anička in Košice.

This award was given by specialized jury for:

  • comprehensive solution of Park Anička and its integration into the existing urban scale and structure on the edge of the recreational zone Anička,
  • high application rate of indoor park greenery, and recreation and sport facilities,
  • decent architectural solution with a careful selection of visual materials complementing the natural environment of the surroundings,
  • high architectural standard of individual residential buildings and pleasant layout - spatial solution of apartments creating together with natural surroundings a feeling of above-standard living,
  • a high level of workmanship of building details.
