The proposed business park is located in the outskirts of city of Prešov, in the housing estate Sekčov, opposite to the MAX business and entertainment center. The Prešov business park consists of the construction of a new business complex, where the business unit building is flexibly divided into individual shops, intended for the sale of consumer goods.
Individual units are accessible from the road directly from the visitors’ parking lot, each with a separate entrance. The facilities in the individual business premises are designed according to the type of operation with respect to all hygienic and technical standards and regulations. The architectural design of the business units is determined by their purpose – a simple mass, wrapped so as to make the most of the land and relationships within it. The object is single-storey. Significant accents are entrances to individual business premises. The construction system is a reinforced concrete skeleton, with cladding and a folded roof cladding. The construction includes all installations and interior modifications to the unfurnished space. Part of the work is also realization of exterior objects and all utilities.
