The VILLA HOUSES construction is located in the newly built Panoráma Košice residential complex. The residential complex itself consists of six residential buildings and family houses in the form of terraced houses. VILLA HOUSES residential buildings with 22 or 24 separate housing units.
The construction has a shallow foundation on the base plate and five stories above it. The masonry framework is with reinforced concrete ceiling slabs and a shed roof. The facade is insulated with an insulation system with EPS. The fillings of openings are made of plastic or aluminum. The subject of supply is also complete installations and distribution of sewerage, electricity, central heating and water supply without furnishing objects. The finishing of interior is only in common spaces, the apartments themselves are realized as an unfurnished space.
