The subject of the construction was the complete restoration of the external cladding on the administrative building in the Nuclear Power Plant Mochovce. The original aluminum cladding anchored to a steel framework that did not meet current technical and aesthetic requirements was gradually dismantled and replaced with a modern aluminum facade system ALUCOBOND.
At the same time, the windows were being replaced and other parts of the building were covered with a insulation system with mineral wool. The construction also included the restoration of the roof waterproofing, the supply of a new light marking and the extension of a smoking shelter. The demandingness of the construction was enhanced by the fact that it was carried out in full operation, therefore the reconstruction took place in stages. Due to the environment in which it was placed, great emphasis was placed on compliance with occupational health and safety rules, and all employees received special entrance training.
