The subject of the construction was the reconstruction of an existing hall building located in the industrial part of Prešov city on Ľubochnianska Street as part of an existing complex. It is accessible via an internal road, which is connected to the city’s roads.
The construction was carried out on the original reinforced concrete skeleton with the addition of auxiliary steel elements. The perimeter cladding and the roof are made from sandwich panels. Internal partitions were also realised using sandwich panels, while in the employee wing they were bricked instead. The floors are of an industrial nature, made of concrete and partially of ceramic tiles. The subject of the work was the implementation of all wiring and the installation of a water supply, sewerage, heating and ventilation systems as well as electricity. The work also included the provision of special supply ramps and other exterior modifications which consisted of a driveway, parking spaces and putting up fencing. Connecting the building to energy supplies and other individual connections was done using external engineering networks which are part of the area in this industrial zone.
