The construction consists of the reconstruction of the WELLNES & SPA and part of the catering facility. In the Wellnes & SPA section, the building plan was to create a new sauna and relaxation center for visitors to the AQUACITY theme park.
It is mainly about the reconstruction and completion of the existing vital world. Visitors’ capacity will be slightly increased to meet the increasing demand for visiting this relaxation zone. The new sauna and relaxation world also offers many new sauna, inhalation and water attractions. The subject of the work is demolition and realization of the building part of the modernization, which involves the exchange of all media and electricity distribution, the construction of new partitions, the finalization of the surfaces and the installation of a new elevator. Technological part was provided by specialized suppliers. In the part of the catering facility the own sales and dispensing area is expanded to suit the required capacities of self-service dispensing of meals, while the disposition solution was partially reconstructed. Part of the supply was demolition, realization of new partitions, plastering, tiles, pavings and complete reconstruction of the social part for visitors and employees.
