The public toilets for marketeers and members of the public were rebuilt. The modernisation consisted of the following:
- The replacement of the roofing and the rain gutters
- The treatment and painting of existing steel structures
- The replacement of wooden walls (nonstructural filling walls) on the market stalls with insulation
- The replacement and repair of the wooden ceilings above the market stall cells and toilets
- The replacement and modernisation of the public toilets
- The replacement of the pavement under the roofing and in the market stall cells
- The repair of facades and new plaster on the polysterene structure
- The replacement and repair of gables
- Connection to storm drains
- Connection to sewage
- Connection to the public water supply
- The replacement of electrical wiring
- The replacement of lightning conductors
- The replacement of existing fencing with walls near the stream
- The repair of the paved area (asphalt concrete surface).
